8 ounces 1/3 less fat (Neufchatel) or regular cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
16 ounces whipped topping (2 8-ounce containers) (like Cool Whip)
5.1 ounces vanilla instant pudding
5.9 ounces chocolate fudge instant pudding
3 cups milk
¼ cup grated semi-sweet chocolate bar
additional finely chopped nuts (for garnish (optional))

Steps:

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (10-ounce) container frozen whipped cream, thawed
2 cups chocolate pudding, prepared per the box instructions
2 cups vanilla pudding, prepared per the box instructions
Chopped pecans and grated chocolate, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Generously grease a 9-x13-inch baking pan with butter.
  • In a large bowl, beat the butter with an electric mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
  • Reduce the mixer speed to low, gradually add the flour, and beat just until combined. Stir in the pecans.

1 (13 ounce) container Cool Whip
8 ounces cream cheese

2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk

Steps:
