This is absolutely the best dressing I have ever had and so simple to make. Put it in the crock pot and forget it. Hope you enjoy (Update) I have also made this with Rita's Corn Bread with Jalapeno & Cheddar Cheese recipe #50379 and just left out the cheddar cheese and it turned out great)Update: I omitted the salt after SusieD's review. Just add to your liking. I have recently made this and added chopped up chicken to it and it's excellent.

Tips:
- Use a slow cooker liner. This will make cleanup a breeze and prevent any of the dressing ingredients from sticking to the slow cooker.
- Cook the dressing on low for 6-8 hours. This will allow the flavors to meld and develop without overcooking the ingredients.
- Add the dressing to the slow cooker in the correct order. The dry ingredients should be added first, followed by the wet ingredients. This will help to prevent the dressing from curdling.
- Stir the dressing occasionally. This will help to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the slow cooker and to ensure that the dressing is cooked evenly.
- Taste the dressing before serving and adjust the seasonings as needed. You may want to add more salt, pepper, or herbs to taste.
Conclusion:
Slow cooker dressing is a delicious and easy way to add flavor to your holiday meals. By following these tips, you can make sure that your dressing turns out perfect every time. So next time you're looking for a hassle-free way to make a delicious dressing, reach for your slow cooker.
