EASY BAKED CORN CASSEROLE
So yummy and so easy. This is similar to sweet corn cake but cheaper. I bring this often to cook-outs in the summer, a big hit. (Note: frozen whole-kernel corn can be substituted for the canned.)

- Add mix-ins to your casserole. Corn casserole is a versatile dish that can be customized to your liking. Try adding chopped bell peppers, onions, jalapeños, or bacon. You can also add shredded cheese, such as cheddar or Monterey Jack.
- Bake the casserole until it is set. Corn casserole should be baked until it is set in the center. This usually takes about 30-40 minutes. You can check the casserole for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, the casserole is done.
