  • Use a variety of cheeses: Don't be afraid to mix and match different types of cheeses to create a flavorful casserole. Some popular options include cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Gruyère.
  • Add your favorite veggies: Vegetables are a great way to add nutrients and flavor to your casserole. Try adding chopped spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
  • Don't overcook: The key to a perfect casserole is to not overcook it. Overcooked eggs can become rubbery and dry. Bake the casserole just until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings: Once the casserole is baked, serve it with your favorite toppings. Some popular options include salsa, sour cream, avocado, and chives.
