Tips:
- Choose the right type of noodles: For this recipe, it's best to use a flat noodle like linguine or fettuccine. These noodles will hold the sauce well and won't become too soggy.
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions: Be sure to cook the noodles until they are al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. This will help them hold their shape and texture in the dish.
- Use a variety of vegetables: This recipe is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. Feel free to add any vegetables that you like, such as broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, or snap peas.
- Don't be afraid to adjust the spice level: The amount of chili sauce in this recipe can be adjusted to taste. If you like your food spicy, add more chili sauce. If you prefer a milder dish, use less chili sauce.
