BREAKFAST FRITTATA
This is one of my favorite recipes for breakfast. It's easy and filling and tastes so good. I love the pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar for a change of pace, but if you don't like pepper jack, you can always use cheddar.

Tips:
- Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, ensure all your ingredients and equipment are ready. This will help you stay organized and save time.
- Whisk the Eggs Thoroughly: Whisking the eggs until they are light and fluffy will create a more evenly cooked frittata.
- Use a Non-Stick Skillet: A non-stick skillet will prevent the frittata from sticking and make it easier to flip.
- Cook Over Medium Heat: Cooking the frittata over medium heat will help it cook evenly without burning.
- Don't Overcook: Overcooking the frittata will make it dry and tough. Cook it just until the center is set.
- Add Your Favorite Toppings: Feel free to experiment with different toppings such as vegetables, cheese, or meat.
- Let it Cool Before Serving: Allow the frittata to cool slightly before slicing and serving. This will help it hold its shape.
