2 yams
10 prunes
1/4 cup orange juice
8 chicken legs or 4 chicken quarters
1 cup Pure Foods by Estee White Wine Sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Pour the oil into the bottom of a baking dish. Slice the yams and place on top. Add the prunes. Pour orange juice into the pan.
  • Place chicken on top. Rub with white wine sauce.

1 tablespoon olive oil
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
1/2 cup chopped shallot
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 can campbell French onion soup, condensed
1 cup grated swiss cheese
