- Use a large microwave-safe bowl to ensure the peanut brittle has enough space to spread and cook evenly.
- Microwave the mixture for short intervals, stirring in between, to prevent burning.
- Be careful not to overcook the peanut brittle, as it can quickly go from being perfectly crisp to being burnt.
- To test if the peanut brittle is done, drop a small amount into a bowl of cold water. If it hardens immediately, it is ready.
- Let the peanut brittle cool completely before breaking it into pieces, as it will be very hot and fragile when it first comes out of the microwave.
- Store the peanut brittle in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
