3 tablespoons no-sugar-added hot chocolate mix
1 tablespoon skim milk powder (optional)

½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
1 cup hot water

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9 inch round cake pans.
