- In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Spread on crackers. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 7 minutes. Serve immediately.

An easy and great tasting appetizer. You can not just have one.... You will have garlic breathe when you are finished, but it's worth it.

Steps:
- Put all ingredients, except olive oil in the food processor and pulse until chopped.
- Turn processor on low setting and gradually add olive oil until you get a grainy texture.
- I stop and start and scrape down the sides as I am going.
- I try to add as little oil as possible, but enough to hold the mixture together so it will spread nicely.
- Serve with slices of grainy baguette.
- This is wonderful and easy.

A super quick appetizer or sandwich for olive lovers. This takes about 10 minutes to throw together and 7 minutes to bake. The recipe is from TOH, my friends and family love it. Sometimes I like to toast English Muffins and serve this as a sandwich. You can substitute the olives to green and it is still delicious.
