Steps:
- 1. Separate the mozzarella cheese in 1 cup, 2 cups and another 1 cup. Set the boiled, chopped eggs aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Brown the ground beef and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Drain the ground beef then add the 2 jars of ragu pasta sauce and the 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and salt. Keep sauce on low while making the cheese and egg mixture.
- 3. Cheese and egg mixture: In a large bowl, combine the 2 eggs and whisk (not the boiled eggs). Add to it the cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, 1 cup mozzarella and 1 Tablespoon parsley flakes. Mix well.
- 4. Now you are ready to assemble. Spray your 9x13 baking pan. Make sure it is a deep one. Layer 4 uncooked lasagna noodles in the bottom. If you have to over lap a little, that's ok.
- 5. On top of the noodles, add 2 cups of the meat sauce, then on top of the noodles add (half) of the cheese and egg mixture. Now sprinkle (half) of the chopped boiled eggs on top.
- 6. Layer two: add 4 more lasagna noodles, top with 2 cups of the meat sauce and then top with 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
- 7. Layer three: another 4 uncooked noodles, top with 1 1/2 cups of the meat sauce and the rest of the cheese and egg mixture.
- 8. Last layer: 4 more noodles, then top with the remaining meat sauce and sprinkle the rest of the chopped boiled eggs on top.
- 9. Pour the 1/4 cup water along the sides, inside the pan. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then take the pan out and add the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and cover back up with the foil and let sit out for 10 minutes. It is important that you let it sit before serving. Easy and Delish!

- Don't overcook the sauce. The sauce should be simmered for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 1 hour. Overcooking the sauce can make it too thick and acidic.
- Use fresh ingredients. The fresher the ingredients, the better your lasagna will taste. Use ripe tomatoes, fresh herbs, and high-quality cheese.
- Don't skimp on the cheese. Lasagna is all about the cheese! Use a combination of mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan cheeses for the best flavor.
- Let the lasagna rest before serving. After baking, let the lasagna rest for at least 15 minutes before serving. This will help the lasagna to set and make it easier to slice.
