Tips:
- Choose bell peppers that are firm and brightly colored. They should be about the same size so that they cook evenly.
- If you don't have a muffin tin, you can also bake the bell peppers in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Just be sure to spread them out evenly so that they don't touch each other.
- You can add other ingredients to the eggs, such as cheese, cooked bacon, or chopped vegetables.
- If you like your eggs runny, cook them for less time. If you prefer them more cooked, cook them for longer.
- Serve the bell pepper rings immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Conclusion:
Eggs in bell pepper rings is a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's a great way to get your daily dose of protein and vegetables. Plus, it's a fun and creative way to serve eggs. So next time you're looking for a new way to cook eggs, give this recipe a try.
