1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon sugar

1 round (8 ounces) Brie cheese, rind removed and quartered

2 (12 inch) flour tortillas
6 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and cheese thinly sliced
1 sweet-tart apple, such as Fugi or Gala, thinly sliced

8 soft taco size flour tortillas
1/2 pound brie, cut into thin strips
1 apple sliced thin
1 (8-ounce) jar strawberry jam
1/4 cup applesauce
1 pinch ground cinnamon
