Tips:

  • Cook the chicken thoroughly: Ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) to prevent any potential foodborne illness.
  • Use high-quality ingredients: Opt for fresh vegetables, lean chicken, and premium rice to enhance the overall flavor of the dish.
  • Customize to your taste: Feel free to adjust the ingredients and seasonings to suit your personal preferences. Add more or less soy sauce, chili paste, or vegetables according to your liking.
  • Prepare the rice ahead of time: To save time, cook the rice in advance and refrigerate it overnight. This allows the rice to firm up and separate, making it ideal for stir-frying.
  • Use a large skillet or wok: A spacious cooking surface is crucial for even cooking and tossing the ingredients. A wok or a large skillet ensures ample space for stir-frying.
  • Work in batches: If cooking for a large group, consider stir-frying the ingredients in batches to prevent overcrowding the pan and ensure even cooking.
  • Don't overcook the vegetables: Stir-frying should result in vibrant and tender vegetables. Avoid overcooking them to maintain their crisp texture and nutritional value.
