Tips:
- For the freshest flavor, use young green beans that are still tender. Avoid beans that are thick or have tough strings.
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for a few minutes to help them retain their vibrant color and crisp texture.
- If you don't have time to blanch the green beans, you can also steam them or microwave them until they are tender.
- Use a variety of tomatoes in your salad for a more flavorful and colorful dish. Cherry tomatoes, grape tomatoes, and Roma tomatoes are all good options.
- Add some chopped fresh herbs to your salad for an extra burst of flavor. Basil, oregano, and thyme are all good choices.
- Feel free to experiment with different dressings for your salad. A simple vinaigrette is always a good option, but you could also try a creamy dressing or a tangy lemon-herb dressing.
