1 teaspoon vegetable oil
6 ounces small-shaped pasta, such as corkscrew, cooked and drained
1 lb fresh spinach leaves, washed and drained
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons sherry wine
1 tablespoon sesame oil
chopped scallion
sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Mix dressing and set aside.
  • In wok over high heat, stir-fry pork in oil just until lightly browned.

1 teaspoon onion powder
1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 ½ cups chopped fresh basil
½ cup chopped fresh oregano
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™)
⅓ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 (4 ounce) package grated Parmesan cheese
4 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can minced black olives
1 (16 ounce) package farfalle (bow tie) pasta
½ cup pine nuts
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
