salt to taste

Steps:

  • To prepare the marinade, stir together beer, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, cilantro, cumin, and salt; mix well.

Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of beef. Skirt steak, flank steak, and hanger steak are all good choices for fajitas. These cuts are relatively thin and have a good amount of marbling, which makes them tender and flavorful.
  • Slice the beef against the grain. This will help to tenderize the meat and make it easier to chew.
  • Marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours. Marinating the beef helps to infuse it with flavor and makes it more tender.
  • Cook the beef over high heat. This will help to sear the meat and lock in the juices.
  • Serve the fajitas immediately with your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings include grilled onions and peppers, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and cheese.

Conclusion:

Fajitas are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. By following the tips in this article, you can make sure that your fajitas are tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
