MY FAVORITE SALISBURY STEAK
This recipe is out of a recipe book given to me by my mother in law called "Bluebonnet Trail Cookbook". Not a big fan of salisbury steak, this is absolutely fabulous and flavorful when in the mood for a great comfort food meal. My whole family of 6 loves when this is served for dinner. I usually double the recipe but am posting the original.

Tips:
- For the best flavor, use high-quality ground beef. Look for ground chuck or sirloin that is at least 80% lean.
- Don't overmix the meatloaf mixture. Overmixing can make the meatloaf tough.
- Form the meatloaf mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the meatloaf hold its shape.
- Serve the meatloaf with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, green beans, or a salad.
