1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs eggs
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

Steps:

  • Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars together in a bowl; beat in eggs.

2-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup each granulated and packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. Beat butter, peanut butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition.
  • Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten each, in crisscross pattern, with tines of fork.

1 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 organic large egg, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup peanut butter chips
1/4 cup granulated sugar (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
