- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Grease an oven proof dish with a little butter.
- Roughly chop approximately 2-3 cups of feijoa flesh and pop it in the bottom of the greased oven proof dish.
- Add vanilla and honey to the fruit and mix through.
- In a food processor place the oats, almonds, flour, brown sugar and butter, blitz until you have a nice crumbly topping.
- Top the fruit with the crumble topping, bake for approximately 20 mins until the feijoa crumble is golden and crunchy.
- Serve with a little vanilla ice cream, cream, yoghurt or custard.

- Preheat the oven at 180˚C / 356˚F, fan bake.
- Peel and cut apples into thick slices, then steam until just soft.
- Slice feijoas in half, scoop out the flesh and roughly chop.
- Combine feijoas and apples and transfer to a baking dish.
- Combine oats, coconut chips, flaked almonds, chia seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup and coconut oil in a bowl, and use your hands to mix together.

- Peel & slice feijoas into an ovenproof dish.
- Add the brown sugar and water and stir to combine.
- Combine the butter,flour, baking powder and 2nd measure of sugar.
- Mix until like fine breadcrumbs. (use a food processor if liked).
- Sprinkle topping on fruit and bake for 45-60 minutes, until the fruit is stewed and the topping crisp.
- Serve hot or warm with custard and/or cream.
