Yield Makes 8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley
2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar
4 ounces crumbled feta, divided
1 cup fresh dill, divided
Freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Steps:

  • In a food processor, place yogurt, parsley, vinegar and all but 1 teaspoon feta and 1 teaspoon dill. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl; top with remaining feta and dill and, if desired, pepper.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the dip will taste. Use full-fat feta cheese, fresh dill, and Greek yogurt for the best results.
  • Let the dip chill before serving: This allows the flavors to meld and the dip to thicken up.
  • Serve the dip with a variety of dippers: Pita chips, crackers, vegetables, and fruit are all great options.
  • Make the dip ahead of time: The dip can be made up to 3 days in advance. Just store it in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
  • Experiment with different flavors: You can add other herbs, spices, or vegetables to the dip to create different flavor variations.

Conclusion:

Feta dill dip is a delicious and versatile dip that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your own taste. Whether you are serving it at a party or enjoying it as a snack at home, feta dill dip is sure to be a hit.
