FLUFFY LEMON JELLO MOLD

This jello is served at many of our luncheons at work and if you like lemon, this is delightful! I love it as it is so light and fluffy!!!

Provided by Stephanie Dodd @skeen

Categories     Gelatin Salads

Number Of Ingredients 4

6 ounce(s) pkg. lemon jello
3 cup(s) boiling water
6 ounce(s) frozen lemonade
8 ounce(s) cool whip

Steps:

  • Dissolve jello in boiling water and add lemonade. Refrigerate until jelly like consistency. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into a six-cup mold. Refrigerate until ready to unmold and serve. Enjoy!!

Tips:

  • Use cold water: Cold water helps the gelatin to set more quickly and results in a firmer texture.
  • Dissolve gelatin completely: Make sure the gelatin is completely dissolved in the hot water before adding it to the cold water. Undissolved gelatin can result in a lumpy texture.
  • Chill the mold before pouring in the gelatin mixture: This helps the gelatin to set more evenly and prevents it from sticking to the mold.
  • Let the gelatin set for at least 4 hours, or overnight: This ensures that the gelatin is fully set and has a firm texture.
  • Use fresh lemons: Fresh lemons provide the best flavor and aroma. If you don't have fresh lemons, you can use bottled lemon juice, but reduce the amount by half.
  • Serve the lemon jello mold with whipped cream or fruit: This adds extra flavor and richness to the dish.

Conclusion:

Fluffy lemon jello mold is a delicious and refreshing dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized with different flavors and toppings. With its light and airy texture, this jello mold is sure to be a hit with everyone.
