Steps:
- Put chilies and onions in a bowl.
- Using a very sharp knife, chop all the tomatoes into rough cubes 1/4 inch or less to a side. There should be about 3 cups altogether. Add the tomatoes, with their juice, to the bowl.
- Chop the sweet pepper into rough cubes 1/4 inch or less to a side; add to the vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly. Taste, and add a few drops of Tabasco, salt and pepper, adjusting seasonings to taste (remember that the flavors will develop as the salsa sits awhile). Cover loosely with plastic wrap and set aside for at least half an hour. If setting aside or storing for longer periods, salsa may be refrigerated, but the flavors are best just slightly chillier than room temperature. Serve with corn or tortilla chips to dip.

TWO TOMATO SALSA
I saw this recipe in a current (July/August 2006) weight loss magazine and knew it was one I had to try! It's on my schedule for this summer; as soon as I can find tomatillos in Little Rock. (I know they are here! I'm just not sure where to look!) It looks like the ideal thing to accompany grilled meats this summer. This has a WW points value of 0 and is a core food. Cook time is refrigeration time.

Tips:
- Choose ripe, flavorful tomatoes: The quality of your salsa will depend on the quality of your tomatoes. Look for tomatoes that are ripe, juicy, and have a deep red color.
- Use a variety of tomatoes: Don't be afraid to mix and match different types of tomatoes to create a complex and flavorful salsa. For example, you could use a combination of Roma tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and heirloom tomatoes.
- Roast your tomatoes: Roasting your tomatoes before making salsa will help to concentrate their flavor and give the salsa a smoky, caramelized taste. To roast your tomatoes, simply toss them with olive oil and salt and pepper, then roast them in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes, or until they are slightly charred and softened.
- Add other ingredients to your salsa: In addition to tomatoes, you can add a variety of other ingredients to your salsa, such as onions, garlic, cilantro, jalapeños, and lime juice. Be creative and experiment with different ingredients to find a combination that you enjoy.
- Let your salsa sit before serving: Once you've made your salsa, let it sit for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld together and develop.
Conclusion:
With its fresh, flavorful ingredients and versatility, four-tomato salsa is a delicious and easy-to-make condiment that can be used in a variety of ways. Whether you're using it as a dip, a topping, or a marinade, four-tomato salsa is sure to add a burst of flavor to your next meal.
