CHICKEN BREASTS SUPREME
This won 1st place in county fair Dairy Main Dish Recipe Contest in 1972. Passed down in the family -- it's the dish I make when I make my first dinner for a boyfriend! Everyone loves this! (Even my daughter- picking out the mushrooms, of course!) Cook any kind of noodles or rice to have as a bed under the chicken and sauce. I always make double the sauce, because its sooo good! I use the sauce just with noodles as well.

Tips:
- Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and prevent any scrambling.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your dish.
- Don't overcrowd the pan. If you add too much food to the pan at once, it will steam instead of sear. This will result in soggy, bland chicken.
- Cook the chicken until it is cooked through. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Don't overcook the broccoli. Broccoli should be cooked until it is bright green and tender, but still has a slight crunch.
- Make sure the sauce is thickened enough. The sauce should be thick enough to coat the chicken and broccoli, but not so thick that it is gloopy.
- Serve immediately. This dish is best served hot out of the pan.
Conclusion:
French Chicken Broccoli Supreme is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is made with simple, fresh ingredients and is ready in under 30 minutes. This dish is sure to please the whole family. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy dinner recipe, give French Chicken Broccoli Supreme a try!
