1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon capers, drained
1 anchovy fillet
1 clove garlic, minced
5 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup sour cream
4 thin chicken cutlets (4 to 5 ounces each)

4 hamburger buns, split

Steps:

  • Preheat a grill to medium high. 1 egg
¼ cup ranch dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley®)
2 chicken breasts
1 cup vegetable oil
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sriracha sauce
4 potato rolls
16 dill pickle chips

2 slices rye bread
1 tablespoon butter
1 grilled chicken breast
2 slices swiss cheese
