Steps:
- Wash the potatoes and prick with a toothpick or cake tester. Microwave on high until they are almost tender through. Let cool until they can be handled. Rub off the peel and cut into small pieces. (some people like the peels on fingerlings, so they can be left on). Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions once the skillet is hot. Saute for 3-5 minutes, until the onions have browned slightly and are translucent. Add the ground meat and begin to brown. After the meat has browned slightly, push the meat and onions to the side of the pan and add the remaining oil and let heat. When oil is hot, add the potatoes and garlic. Stir to evenly coat and reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring infrequently, until potatoes are nicely browned, about 15-20 minutes. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.

Steps:
- Making Process for potato fries:Wash and peel the potatoes. Then cut from one side to make a base. Cut into 1-centimeter slices and cut length 1 centimeter wide.
- Rinse and soak in ice-cold water for 15 minutes. All the excess starch from the potatoes will get washed and removed.
- After soaking, pat dries the potatoes thoroughly.
- Set a wok and fill it with oil on a medium flame for deep frying.
- First, fry the potatoes for 3 to 4 minutes, drain excess oil and rest for 15 minutes.
- Second, fry the potatoes on high heat until the fries become crisp and golden brown.
- Season the fries as soon as you remove them from the oil with salt and pepper.
- Your homemade fries are ready to serve.
- Making Process for hamburger:First, take the ground beef and divide the beef into three patties, 3/4-in thick and 31/2-in across.
- Now, take the tray, put butter paper on it, place the patties, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Take out the patties from the freezer and sprinkle salt and pepper on each side.
- Set a pan on medium-low flame and pour oil on it. Then sear the patties on the first sides for 5 minutes to develop a nice crust; in this way, fry the other side.
- Your burger patties are ready, off the flame and keep aside.
- For assembly, take burger bun, cut them in the middle, and make two parts.
- Now spread the creamy, tangy mayo over the top burger bun, place the lettuce over the bottom burger bun, then place the beef patty, place a slice of cheese over the beef patty and then place some tomato and onion slices and close it with the top burger bun.
- Your hamburger is ready to be served. Make two more burgers with another two patties like this.
- Now enjoy your hamburger with homemade potato fries and your favorite sauce.

Steps:
- Put the potatoes in a large pot of salted water over medium-high heat, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook until just fork-tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a baking sheet. Let rest for 10 minutes; this will allow the potatoes to steam and release excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, mix the sea salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne and onion powder.
- Fill a large Dutch oven with 2 inches of oil and heat over medium heat to 375 degrees F. Carefully add half the potatoes and fry until golden brown and crisp, 4 to 5 minutes. Right before removing the potatoes, add a sprig of rosemary and half the sliced garlic to the oil and cook for 15 seconds. With a fine-mesh strainer, remove the batch to a medium bowl. Toss with half of the seasoning mix, then transfer to a paper towel-line baking sheet to drain. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, rosemary, garlic and seasoning mix.

POTATO-TOPPED GROUND BEEF SKILLET
Compared to other ground beef skillet recipes, the depth of flavor in this recipe is amazing, and I never have leftovers when I take it to potlucks. I love recipes that I can cook and serve in the same skillet. If your butcher has chili grind beef, which is coarsely ground, go for that; it lends an extra meaty texture. -Fay Moreland, Wichita Falls, Texas

Tips:
- Choose the Right Potatoes: For the best results, use starchy potatoes like Russet or Yukon Gold. These potatoes hold their shape well and become fluffy on the inside when fried.
- Cut Potatoes Evenly: Cut the potatoes into uniform-sized pieces so that they cook evenly.
- Soak the Potatoes: Soaking the potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes removes excess starch, resulting in crispier fries.
- Dry the Potatoes Thoroughly: Make sure the potatoes are completely dry before frying to prevent splattering oil.
- Use the Right Oil: Choose an oil with a high smoke point, such as canola or vegetable oil, for frying.
- Fry in Small Batches: Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure that the potatoes cook evenly.
- Season Properly: Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, and other desired seasonings before frying for maximum flavor.
- Double Fry for Extra Crispness: For extra crispy fries, fry the potatoes twice: once at a lower temperature (around 300°F) and then again at a higher temperature (around 375°F).
- Drain on Paper Towels: After frying, drain the potatoes on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve Immediately: Serve the fried potatoes hot and crispy for the best experience.
