1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
1 bag (11.5 oz) milk chocolate chips (2 cups)

1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
1/2 cup M&M's® minis chocolate candies

Steps:

  • Spray bottom only of 13x-9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Spoon frosting into large microwable bowl; add butter. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir well; microwave 1 minute longer or until melted and hot. Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot mixture. Do not stir. Microwave on High 30 seconds. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until chips are melted. Stir to blend. Stir in cereal and peanuts.

Steps:

  • Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
  • Measure out the Lucky Charms and place in a big bowl.

  • Add the marshmallows and stir until all are melted.
