1/4 cup sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk

1 can (21 ounces) raspberry pie filling
FROSTING:
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 tablespoon shortening
1 ounce cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons marshmallow creme
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon milk

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
