2 cans (16 ounces each) whole-berry cranberry sauce

1/2 cup chopped nuts (Mom always uses pecans)

1 (16 ounce) bag mini marshmallows
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup chopped pecans
