Tips for Making Frozen Grasshopper Torte

- Ensure all ingredients, particularly cream and condensed milk, are chilled before beginning. - Use high-quality mint extract for a more intense flavor. You can substitute 1 teaspoon creme de menthe for every 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract if desired. - For a smoother texture, strain the mint mixture through a fine-mesh sieve before freezing. - If you don't have a springform pan, you can use a 9-inch round cake pan. Just be sure to line the bottom with parchment paper so the torte doesn't stick. - Freeze the torte for at least 6 hours, or overnight, before serving. This will allow it to set properly. - Decorate the torte with additional whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or mint leaves before serving. ###
