2 cups passionfruit syrup
3 cups pineapple juice
3 cups cold tea
10 cups water
juice 1 lemon
sliced fresh fruit
3 (1 liter) bottles ginger ale

Steps:

  • Mix together all the liquid ingredients (except the ginger ale) and pour over the sliced fresh fruit.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours.
  • Just before serving, add the 3 bottles of ginger ale.

2 liters orange juice
2 liters pineapple juice
2 liters apricot nectar
180 ml passion fruit pulp
375 ml lemons, cordial
375 ml lime cordial
2 liters soda water
2 liters ginger ale
ice, for alcoholic option try adding bottle champagne

Steps:

  • Pour all ingredients into large punch bowl. Punch can be made earlier than required but Soda Water and Ginger Ale to be added just before serving.Enjoy!
  • The recipe requires lemon cordial, not lemons, but for some reason it won't let me put 'lemon cordial' in the ingredients.

500ml pineapple juice
300ml orange juice
