1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing

8 small cocktail tomatoes (about 10 ounces), quartered
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Kosher salt
Toasted baguette slices, for serving

Steps:

1/2 cup sour cream
2 ounces goat's cheese (4oz if you really love it!)
1 fresh lemon, juice and zest (don't skip the zest!)
2 garlic cloves, minced (I've used up to 4 for these proportions, gets pretty intense at that point)
1 dash cayenne
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

6 to 8 garlic cloves, peeled
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
