2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground mace

With a whisk, blend in the butter cubes, a couple at a time, until incorporated. This is the sweetest of the three sauces for barbecued chicken. You can add a tablespoon or so of peach liqueur for more peach flavor.

Tips:

  • Don't be afraid to experiment: There are many different ways to make Georgia barbecue sauce. Feel free to adjust the ingredients and proportions to suit your own taste.
  • Let the sauce simmer: Simmering helps to develop the flavors of the sauce and thicken it. The longer you simmer the sauce, the richer and more complex it will be.
  • Taste the sauce as you go: Adjust the seasonings to taste as you are simmering the sauce. This will help you to achieve the perfect balance of flavors.
  • Use the sauce on your favorite foods: Georgia barbecue sauce is great on chicken, pork, beef, and fish. It can also be used as a dipping sauce for vegetables or as a marinade.

Conclusion:

Georgia barbecue sauce is a delicious and versatile sauce that can be used on a variety of foods. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. With a little experimentation, you can create a Georgia barbecue sauce that will be the perfect addition to your next meal.
