Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) Bombay Sapphire gin
1/2 ounce (15 ml) Bonny Doon Framboise
2 ounces (60 ml) fresh lemon sour
1 teaspoon (5 ml) egg white
4 to 5 red raspberries
Chilled seltzer water

  • In a mixing glass, muddle red raspberries and framboise. Add Bombay Sapphire, egg white, and fresh lemon sour; shake with ice until well blended. Double strain into a Fizz glass and spritz with chilled seltzer water.

Tips:

  • For the best results, use fresh, ripe berries.
  • If you don't have a muddler, you can use the back of a spoon to crush the berries.
  • Be careful not to over-muddle the berries, or you'll release too much of their bitterness.
  • If you want a sweeter drink, add a little simple syrup or honey.
  • If you want a more tart drink, add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.
  • Garnish your drink with a few fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
