Number Of Ingredients 14

2 tablespoons olive oil
8 ounces mushrooms, finely chopped
1 large Vidalia onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Pinch red pepper flakes
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup panko (Japanese) breadcrumbs
6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
2 pounds ground turkey
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 shallot, sliced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Saute until mushrooms are browned, about 5 to 6 minutes.

1/2 C Milk
2 Large Eggs, beaten
1 Cup Italian breadcrumbs
6 Cloves of roasted garlic (Can buy already roasted)

3/4 Cup Grated Cheese
Meat Loaf Packet (Or your own seasonings)
Cheese is salty so be careful with salt.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray meatloaf pan with cooking spray. In a Kitchen aide add the meats. In a seperate Bowl, beat eggs and add all the other remaining ingredients and whisk until fully mixed. Add wet mixture to meats and blend well. Put in meatloaf pan and bake for 1 Hour 10 minutes. Drain any oil off and put back in oven for 15 minutes.

4 slices white bread, torn into pieces
2 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium yellow onion, peeled &,cut into 8 ths
2 cloves garlic
2 stalks celery, cut into 2 inch pieces
2 carrots, peeled &,cut into 2 inch pieces
1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
1 large egg
1 cup ketchup
3 teaspoons dry mustard
1 tablespoon coarse salt
2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°.
  • Place bread in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade; pulse until fine crumbs form.
  • Transfer to a medium bowl, add ground beef& mix well.
  • Place onion, garlic, celery, carrots& parsley in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade; pulse until fine.
  • Add to meat mixture and, using hands, mix well.
  • Add egg, 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 teaspoons dry mustard, salt, and pepper; use hands to combine thoroughly.
