Tips:

  • When measuring potato flour, be sure to spoon it into the measuring cup and level it off with a knife. Do not scoop the potato flour directly from the bag, as this can result in too much flour being used.
  • If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of regular milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes before using.
  • Be sure to preheat your oven before baking the biscuits. This will help them to rise properly.
  • Bake the biscuits until they are golden brown on top. A toothpick inserted into the center of a biscuit should come out clean.
  • Let the biscuits cool slightly before serving. You can enjoy them warm or at room temperature.

Conclusion:

These gluten-free potato flour biscuits are a delicious and easy-to-make treat. They are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Serve them with your favorite soup, stew, or chili.
