STRAWBERRY AND ORANGE FOOL

Strawberry and Orange Fool image

This is a fantastic dessert that I got from O-chef. We tried it and loved it. It is sort of like a strawberry pudding. Strawberry fool is best when the fruit is mashed rather than puréed, resulting in a more appealing texture. This can be made 4 hours ahead.

  • If you don't have fresh oranges, you can use 1/4 cup of orange juice concentrate instead.
  • Be sure to chill the fool for at least 2 hours before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and the fool to thicken.
