1 tablespoon olive oil
3 Italian turkey sausage links (4 ounces each), casings removed
1 garlic clove, minced
1 package (6 ounces) fresh baby spinach
2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce

Steps:

  • Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook sausage 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking up sausage into crumbles. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Add spinach and tomatoes; cook and stir just until spinach is wilted., Stir in gnocchi and spaghetti sauce; heat through. 1 package (12 ounces) fully cooked Italian chicken sausage links, halved and sliced
2 shallots, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
3 cups fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 (5 ounce) bag Baby Spinach
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more for garnishing
