Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 10 minutes, until lightly toasted. You may need to turn the broiler on for the last minute or two to get the golden color.
  • Using a hand mixer, whip the goat cheese with honey, about 2 minutes. Add chopped walnuts and mix until combined.
  • When bread is done, allow to cool slightly. Spread about 1 tablespoon of goat cheee and honey mixture on each piece of bread. Top with fruit. Drizzle with honey and top with basil if desired right before serving.

2 Tablespoons honey, plus more for drizzling
1 cup sliced fruit (strawberries, blackberries, peaches)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Bake 10 -12 minutes or until lightly toasted. (This is the ONLY cooking you'll do! Woohoo!)

Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black peppercorns, plus additional freshly ground black pepper

8 ounces fresh goat cheese
6 tablespoons heavy cream
2 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao nibs
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme leaves, plus extra for garnish
12 fresh black figs, half sliced and half cut into wedges

4 ounces chevre
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
Zest of 1/2 lemon plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
24 red raspberries (about 1 cup)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Arrange the baguette slices on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake until slightly dried out, about 6 minutes.
