Tips:

  • To make sure your goat cheese drop biscuits are light and fluffy, be sure to use cold butter and milk. The cold butter will help create flaky layers in the biscuits, while the cold milk will help keep the dough from getting too tough.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing will make the biscuits tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a cookie scoop or a large spoon to drop the dough onto the baking sheet. This will help ensure that the biscuits are all the same size and shape.
  • Bake the biscuits until they are golden brown on top. This will take about 10-12 minutes.
  • Serve the biscuits warm with your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings include butter, honey, jam, or gravy.
