½ white onion, chopped
3 pounds heirloom tomatoes, chopped
½ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon molasses
4 cloves garlic, crushed
