6 pork chops
¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 onion, chopped
½ cup fresh sliced mushrooms
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Rinse pork chops, pat dry, and season with seasoned salt and pepper. Place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a separate small bowl, combine the onion, mushrooms and soup. Mix together well and spoon over the chops.

1 large onion, halved lengthwise, then thinly sliced lengthwise
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 (1-inch-thick) pork loin chops
1 pint red grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise
1/2 pint yellow grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise
2 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Steps:

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a 12-inch heavy skillet over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking, then sauté onion with salt, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.

15 saltine crackers, crushed
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
1 large sweet onion
garlic powder, to taste
pepper, to taste

  • Heat skillet to med/medium high temp with oil.
  • In separate shallow bowls (1 bowl for each item) place the 2 eggs (beaten), milk, flour, and crackers. Dip the pork chop in milk, then flour, then egg and lastly the cracker crumbs.
