Heat BBQ on HIGH for 1/2 hour or until very very HOT 6. double patty on the grill or griddle and cook 2 minutes 7. Flip Burgers and press to 1/4 inch thick 8. cook this side till almost crispy 3-4 min 9. flip and cook until again, add cheese, melt 10. double patty to the bun serve asap or while still hot, enjoy
