Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine 1/4 cup condensed milk, butter, and next 3 ingredients (butter through egg white) in a bowl (batter will be very stiff). Coat bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Press two-thirds of batter into prepared pan using floured hands; pat evenly (layer will be thin). Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Combine 1/2 cup condensed milk and marshmallow creme in a bowl; stir in morsels. Spread marshmallow mixture evenly over brownie layer. Carefully drop remaining batter by spoonfuls over marshmallow mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
Tips:
- Use a metal or glass baking dish for even cooking and easier cleanup.
- Don't overmix the batter, as this can result in tough brownies.
- For fudgier brownies, use melted butter instead of softened butter.
- To prevent the brownies from sticking to the pan, grease and flour the pan before pouring in the batter.
- Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting and serving.
- Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- You can freeze the brownies for up to 2 months. To freeze, wrap the brownies tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place them in a freezer-safe bag.

These brownies are made with a fudgy chocolate brownie batter that is swirled with a creamy peanut butter filling.
