Tips:
- For a refreshing twist, use frozen lemonade instead of fresh lemon juice and milk. This will create a slushy-like consistency.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt to make the shake even creamier and more decadent.
- For a fun and festive presentation, rim the glasses with colored sugar or sprinkles. You can also garnish the shakes with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or fresh lemon zest.
- To make a non-alcoholic version of the shake, simply omit the vodka. You can also substitute lemon-lime soda or sparkling water for the alcohol.
- If you don't have a blender, you can make the shake by hand. Simply whisk together the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. You may need to add a little more milk or water to achieve the desired consistency.
