Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 lb butter, room temp
2/3 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Hershey chocolate kiss, unwrapped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Combine crumbs, flour, baking soda and salt.

  • Flatten lightly with your palm, press kisses into cookies.
  • Bake until edges are golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  • Cool on baking sheets for about 1 minute before transferring to wire racks.

Tips:

  • Use cold butter. This will help the cookies stay chewy and prevent them from spreading too much in the oven.
