1 cup shortening
1 cup buttermilk
6 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
2 -3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Steps:
