Tips:

  • Choose tender radish leaves: Select radish leaves that are young and tender, with vibrant green color. Avoid leaves that are wilted or have yellow spots.
  • Wash the radish leaves thoroughly: Rinse the radish leaves under running water to remove any dirt or debris. Ensure you check for any small insects or pests that may be hiding within the leaves.
  • Chop the radish leaves finely: Finely chopping the radish leaves helps them cook evenly and release their flavors more effectively. You can use a sharp knife or a food processor to chop the leaves.
  • Use a variety of vegetables: Feel free to add other vegetables to the soup, such as carrots, celery, onions, or bell peppers. This will enhance the flavor and nutritional value of the soup.
  • Season to taste: Adjust the seasonings in the soup to your preference. You may need to add more salt, pepper, or other spices to achieve the desired taste.
