1 /2 to 2 /3 pound bulk sweet Italian sausage
1 /2 to 2 /3 pound bulk hot Italian sausage
3 cloves garlic, crushed

1 can (28 to 32 ounces) chunky style crushed tomatoes
1 can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
20 leaves fresh basil, torn

1 lb small no yolk noodles
1 peeled and diced cucumber
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise or 1 cup regular mayonnaise
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon white vinegar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon liquid maggi seasoning
1 garlic clove, minced
1 -2 teaspoon sugar

chopped fresh parsley (optional)
snipped chives (optional)
1 head boston lettuce

Steps:
