GREEK BAKED FISH
This fish dish has bold, Mediterranean flavours. It is also gorgeous to look at. Accompany with a good white wine and lots of crusty bread, cause the sauce is unbelievable.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place the fish pieces in a metal baking pan.
- Season lightly with salt.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients, except the wine and olive oil, season, and distribute on top of fish.
- Pour the wine and olive oil over and bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the fish flakes.
Tips:
- Choose the freshest grouper possible. Fresh grouper should have a mild, sweet flavor and firm, white flesh. Avoid fish that has a strong fishy smell or that is slimy to the touch.
- Use a variety of cooking methods. Grouper can be baked, broiled, grilled, pan-fried, or steamed. Each cooking method will produce a different flavor and texture, so experiment until you find the one you like best.
- Pair grouper with simple ingredients. Grouper is a delicate fish, so it is best to pair it with simple ingredients that will not overpower its flavor. Some good options include lemon, butter, garlic, herbs, and olive oil.
- Do not overcook grouper. Grouper is a thin fish, so it can easily be overcooked. Cook it just until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Conclusion:
Grouper is a versatile fish that can be cooked in a variety of ways. It is a good source of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins and minerals. Whether you are baking, broiling, grilling, pan-frying, or steaming it, grouper is sure to please everyone at your table. So next time you are looking for a healthy and delicious seafood option, give grouper a try!
